Two-year starter for coaches Michael Carson and Rober Freeman at Martin Luther King High Class 5-A all-state and all-region selection, as well as all-area and all-region as a senior helped team to an 11-1 overall record, a 9-0 mark in the region and the second round of the state playoffs played on a defensive unit that allowed 7.7 points a game during the regular season collected 33 tackles, three tackles for loss, three interceptions and two fumble recoveries collected five interceptions as a junior three-star rating from ESPN, rivals, MaxPreps and Scout ESPN ranks him No. 53 nationally at his position and No. 103 overall in Georgia rivals ranks him No. 42 nationally at his position and the No. 50-best prospect in Georgia Georgia postseason Top 80 has played quarterback, linebacker and every position in the secondary, while at Martin Luther King played in the Georgia All-Star game and finished with three tackles and an interception also offered by Ole Miss, Texas Tech and Vanderbilt.
