West Virginia football coach Dana Holgorsen has a busy media schedule lined up this week in advance of Saturday’s Gold-Blue Spring Game that will begin at 5:30 p.m. with the old-timer’s game before kickoff at 6 p.m.
On Tuesday, Holgorsen will be meeting with Bruce Feldman of CBS Sports and then later will sit down with Jesse Palmer, Joe Schad and Chris Spielman for a live hit on College Football Live at 3:30 p.m. in the ESPN bus that will be parked outside the Puskar Center all day tomorrow.
On Wednesday, Holgorsen is scheduled to meet with Andy Staples of CNNSI.com and then on Friday, the coach has a phone interview scheduled with Graham Watson of Yahoo! Sports.
Meanwhile, a production crew from the television show Big 12 Behind The Scenes will be in town on Friday and Saturday getting footage for preview specials that will air later this summer on Fox Sports.
As for Saturday’s spring game coverage, ESPN3
will carry Saturday’s simulcast live beginning at 6 p.m. and lasting until 8 p.m. with postgame interviews. Sirius satellite radio listeners can follow the broadcast on channel 91 while the game will also air free on the Internet through CBS College Sports
Local television coverage include: WBOY in Clarksburg, WTRF in Wheeling, WOWK in Charleston/Huntington, WVNS in Beckley and WJAL in Chambersburg, Pa.
Local radio stations carrying the live simulcast include: WBRB in Buckhannon, WCHS and WKWS in Charleston, WAJR in Clarksburg, WDNE in Elkins, WAJR and WVAQ in Morgantown, WSWW in Summersville and WDYK in Cumberland, Md.
