Three Players to Transfer

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia University basketball coach Bob Huggins announced today that Aaron Brown, Volodymyr Gerun and Jabarie Hinds have asked for their releases and plan to transfer.

Brown, a 6-foot-5 sophomore guard from Darby, Pa., appeared in 17 games in 2012-13, averaging 1.2 points and 0.9 rebounds per game.

Gerun, a 6-foot-10 sophomore forward from Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine, played in seven games this past season, averaging 1.3 points and 0.7 rebounds per game.

Hinds, a 5-foot-11 sophomore guard from Mount Vernon, N.Y., appeared in all 32 games last season, averaging 7.4 points and 1.8 rebounds per game.
