Behind a Kate Schwindel first half goal and strong play from goalkeeper Sara Keane, the No. 16 ranked Mountaineers knocked off host Kansas, 1-0, Friday night in Lawrence, Kan.

Women’s soccer improved to 4-0-0 in Big 12 play, moving into first place in the conference standings with 12 points. WVU and Texas are the league’s only two undefeated teams.
