The West Virginia University women’s soccer team will debut a fresh look in 2013. Outfitted with four new Nike uniforms, the Mountaineers’ appearance may be updated, but their goals remain the same – win their fourth straight conference championship and make a deep run in the NCAA Championships.

“We’re really excited for the new year and a fresh start with our new jerseys,” said senior midfielder Kara Blosser. “They feel great; everything about them is awesome.”

The Mountaineers, the 2012 Big 12 Conference regular-season champions, open their 2013 preseason camp tomorrow at Dreamswork Field. WVU returns to Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium on Tuesday, Aug. 13, in an exhibition against Rutgers at 1 p.m. WVU kicks off its 2013 season at Penn State on Aug. 23, and opens its regular-season home schedule against Central Michigan on Aug. 30.
