FOOTBALL RECRUITING COORDINATOR: West Virginia University invites applications for the position of Recruiting Coordinator.  The position will be expected to assist the Director of Player Personnel in the day-to-day administration of recruitment for football student-athletes. Duties include, assisting with the coordination of in-person recruiting visits, assisting in the maintenance of scholarship offers, updating the coaching staff on recruiting issues and communicating eligibility and/or admissions status with prospective student-athletes and coaching staff. The position will manage logistical planning of on-campus official and unofficial recruiting visits by prospective student-athletes including, coordinating transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, game tickets and game day recruiting functions. The position will oversee the walk-on program for prospective student-athletes and educate prospective student-athletes on NCAA eligibility requirements, admission standards and team expectations.  The position will report directly to the Director of Player Personnel. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in sports administration, athletic coaching or similar field, and two years previous experience is required.  Experience as a graduate assistant is acceptable. ASSOCIATE SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR: West Virginia University invites applications for the position of Associate Systems Administrator . The position will be responsible for providing first, second and third­ level technical support, for on-site and some telephone-based technical  support in solving significantly complex technical problems involving information technology. PC based and apple computers will be supported by this position along with Cell Phones and Tablets. Duties include, under supervision, researching  problems and following process solutions to resolve desktop hardware/software  related issues, developing documentation and materials to support business needs in response to user problems and questions. The position will be expected to take calls from Staff and Coaches 24/7 and will be on site during all home football and basketball games in addition to other events, as requested. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Minimum two years experience in technical experience in a computer related customer support field, configuring PC and Apple computers (installation of software and system), and operating multiplatform systems over a LAN and provide support for productivity software.
