Football: Pitt Award Winners Announced

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University football coaching staff has named its award winners for outstanding performance in the Mountaineers’ 35-10 victory at Pitt on Friday, Nov. 26.

Offensive Champion – Tavon Austin, Jock Sanders; Defensive Champion – Brandon Hogan; Special Teams Champion – Cody Nutter, Corey Smith; Offensive Scout Champion – Terrell Morning; Defensive Scout Champion – Curtis Feigt.

West Virginia (8-3, 4-2 BIG EAST) faces Rutgers (4-7, 1-5 BIG EAST) in the regular season finale on Saturday, Dec. 4, at noon.
