NACMA Recognizes WVU Sports Marketing
The Coliseum fan favorite “Teach Me How To Dougie” video, produced by MSN’s Chris Ostien, earned the bronze in the Best Videoboard Segment category at the 2010-11 NACMA “Best of” awards ceremony. The popular video, featuring MSN radio analyst Jay Jacobs, men’s basketball player John Flowers and several other Mountaineer student-athletes, was played during timeouts at home WVU men’s and women’s basketball games this past season. The NACMA awards ceremony showcases the best of the best in collegiate sports marketing. This year more than 800 total entries were submitted from schools nationwide for consideration in 13 different categories. Gold, silver and bronze awards were presented to the best of the best in the nation. |
