MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University women’s soccer team moved up to No. 13 in this week’s National Soccer Coaches Association of America poll and No. 14 in Soccer America’s Top 25.

West Virginia finished the regular season with a 14-4-0 record, 10-1-0 mark in BIG EAST play. The Mountaineers have won 12 of their last 13 matches en route to their fifth BIG EAST division crown.

The Mountaineers have qualified for the BIG EAST tournament in 12 straight years; only Rutgers has equaled the feat. WVU will face the winner of St. John’s/Seton Hall in a BIG EAST quarterfinal match on Sunday, Oct. 30, at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium.
