ASSISTANT VOLLEYBALL COACH: Perform duties as assigned by the Head Volleyball Coach, per NCAA Bylaw 11.7. Assist with the regular practice sessions in- and out-of-season, as permitted. Coach student-athletes during scheduled events. Implement strategies necessary to motivate student-athletes to maximum levels of individual and team performance. Maintain continual knowledge of all applicable NCAA, Big 12 Conference, University and department rules and regulations. Assist with the recruitment of quality student-athletes and coordinate said recruiting activities with the athletic compliance staff. Demonstrate an active involvement in the academic progress of student-athletes. Bachelor’s degree and one to two years previous coaching experience, preferably at the Division I level, is required. Proven success in recruiting prospective student-athletes. ASSISTANT WOMEN’S CROSS COUNTRY/TRACK & FIELD COACH: West Virginia University, member of the Big East Conference (full-time 12-month appointment). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Three years previous coaching experience, preferably at the NCAA Division I level. A proven success rate in recruiting prospective student-athletes required. Responsibilities: Perform duties as assigned by the Head Women's Cross Country and Track & Field Coach, per NCAA Bylaw 11.7. Assist with the regular practice sessions in- and out-of-season, as permitted. Coach student-athletes during scheduled events. Implement strategies necessary to motivate student-athletes to maximum levels of individual and team performance. Maintain continual knowledge of all applicable NCAA, Big 12 Conference, University and department rules and regulations. Assist with the recruitment of quality student-athletes and coordinate said recruiting activities with the athletic compliance staff.
