MSN Fall Sports Menu Unveiled
Beginning this Friday, West Virginia University’s official athletic site, MSNsportsNET.com, will introduce a series of daily online on-demand shows providing complete, 360-degree coverage of Mountaineer sports. Kicking things off is the Friday Walk-Thru, presented by The West Virginia Lottery, which will provide Mountaineer fans with an exclusive pregame look at this Sunday’s season-opener against Marshall. And then following the conclusion of the Marshall game, fans will be able to watch Game Highlights, presented by Coca-Cola. Mountaineer Monday, presented by US Cellular, is a short studio show hosted by Tony Caridi recapping the weekend football action with MSN analysts Dwight Wallace and Jed Drenning. In addition, Mountaineer Monday will take a look back at weekend varsity sports play while also previewing the upcoming WVU sports week. On Tuesday, Inside the 18, hosted by Adam Zundell, will give Mountaineer soccer fans an inside look at the WVU men’s and women’s programs. Wearing the Jersey is West Virginia’s weekly player feature that will air on Wednesdays each week, and finally, on Thursdays the United Bank Playbook will visit with Coach Dana Holgorsen and defensive coordinator Jeff Casteel, giving Mountaineer fans an intimate look at West Virginia’s upcoming opponent, their strengths, top players and personnel. All weekly shows, with the exception of the Friday Walk-Thru, will be available online at MSNsportsNET.com at noon. The Friday Walk-Thru will be online by early evening for road games, based on the team’s travel schedule.
