The day the West Virginia University gymnastics team has trained for all season is finally here – the NCAA Regional Championships.

The Mountaineers were one of the most spirited teams on the floor during warm ups, engaging with their fans and dancing along with the music.

During its byes, the team hung out in the Arena’s tunnels and played games, including the squad’s favorite, the “Ninja Game.”

WVU will be sporting its new leotards tonight, a favorite among all of the gymnasts.

Once march-ins are complete, the Mountaineers will open the meet on the balance beam. The team’s complete rotation order is: beam, bye, floor, vault, bye, bars.

WVU will follow No. 7-ranked Oregon State tonight, as the Beavers open the meet on floor following a bye.

Fans should follow @WVUSportsScores on Twitter for rotational score updates.

Let’s Go Mountaineers!
