MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia women’s soccer team plays host to Eastern Kentucky on Saturday, April 14, at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium. Kickoff is slated for 2 p.m., which is an hour up from its original time of 3 p.m.

“The ladies are excited to get back on the field for some competition,” says coach Nikki Izzo-Brown. “It is a great opportunity to implement what we’ve been working on in training the last two weeks.”

The match is the third of six spring contests for the Mountaineers. Admission is free and open to the public.

West Virginia last competed on March 30 in Barcelona, Spain, as part of a nine-day international tour. Forward Frances Silva scored all six goals in leading the Mountaineers to a 3-1 record in Spain.
