MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia University men’s basketball players Kevin Noreen and Juwan Staten will represent the East Coast All Stars at the 2012 Four Nations Cup in Tallinn, Estonia, from July 25 to August 1.

The East Coast All Stars, made up of college basketball players from around the country, depart for Estonia today and will play an exhibition game on Friday against Viimsi Spordikeskuss. The team will face Czech Republic on Sunday, Estonia on Monday and the Republic of Georgia on Tuesday before returning to the United States next Wednesday, Aug. 1.

The East Coast All Stars (ECA) was founded in the summer of 2006. Guy Rancourt, head coach at Lycoming College, serves as the head coach of the East Coast All Stars.

Noreen, a 6-10 sophomore from Minneapolis, Minn., appeared in 23 games last year for the Mountaineers, averaging 2.2 points and 2.7 rebounds per game. He suffered a broken left ankle against Pitt on Jan. 30.

Staten, a 6-1 sophomore from Dayton, Ohio, sat out the 2011-12 season due to NCAA transfer rules. As a freshman at Dayton, he started 34 games and led the Atlantic 10 in assists with 190 in 2010-11.
