Players Report
The day will consist of various meetings with members from different parts of the athletic department, as well as a dinner catered by Oliverio’s in the Jerry West Room of the Coliseum. The first of 14 preseason practices begins on Thursday morning at 9 a.m., followed by a 4 p.m. session, one of four two-a-day practices. Following each practice the team, whether they like it or not, will go to the training room for a cold whirlpool session The meal schedule varies for the squad and will feature two dinners at coach Marlon LeBlanc’s house to watch former Mountaineer All-American Raymon Gaddis and the Philadelphia Union take on the Chicago Fire and D.C. United. For the second-consecutive season, George Mason will serve as the opponent in the exhibition match. This year the game will be at George Mason on Wednesday, Aug. 15, at 7 p.m. |
