MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia University volleyball coach Jill Kramer announces the addition of Jordan Anderson of Flower Mound, Texas to the 2013 recruiting class.

Anderson, a 6-foot outside hitter, has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend WVU starting in the fall of 2013.

“We are very excited to add Jordan to the Mountaineer Family,” coach Jill Kramer says. “Jordan is a very skilled and accomplished volleyball player with a great volleyball IQ - she knows the game well and has great 'ball feel'. She has an extremely competitive nature and is an absolute beast on the volleyball court. We can't wait to get her here this summer.”

A two-sport athlete at Flower Mound High, Anderson has been named to the 8-5A All-District First team the past three seasons for volleyball and the past two seasons for soccer, while also recognized as the 2011 District 8-5A Goalie of the Year. In 2010 and 2011, Anderson was named Offensive Player of the Year for volleyball and garnered all-tournament team honors at the 2012 Pearland Nike Classic. In her final season at Flower Mound, Anderson recorded 622 kills, 32 service aces, 55 blocks and 420 digs.
