Today was another day full of training hard in and out of the water as well as having some fun in the sun. We hit the water at 10 a.m., ready to train. Our coaches got our legs warmed up and ready to go with some max-effort kicking that led right into our main set which focused on turn work and sprints, in addition to all out 50's kick. If our legs weren't burning enough we met up with our strength and conditioning coach in the park for some running and circuit training. After a solid training session a group of us took the opportunity to go on a glass bottom boat outing. It was another great day in Key Largo for the Mountaineer family and we're looking forward to a day of racing tomorrow! Let's go Mountaineers!
