Football: Single Game Tickets On Sale July 8

Single-game and mini-package tickets for the 2013 West Virginia University football season will go on sale to the public on Monday, July 8, at 9 a.m.

The Gold-Blue mini-package, which consists of tickets for the games against William & Mary, Texas and Iowa State, will be available online at WVUGAME.com or by calling 1-800-WVU GAME. Mini-packages cost $195 each.

Single-game tickets also will be available for home games against William & Mary, Georgia State, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech and Iowa State. The matchup with Georgia State has been designated as “Family Day” with four tickets and a $25 concessions voucher available for $150 per package.

On Monday, single-game tickets also will be available in the “Family FunZone” section (133) for each home game. The Family FunZone is an alcohol free, family-friendly section at Milan Puskar Stadium.

Single-game ticket locations will be allocated at a later date, with best-available seating based on Mountaineer Athletic Club priority, following the conclusion of season ticket and mini-package sales.

Tickets for the Mountaineers’ matchup with Texas will only be available as part of the Gold-Blue mini-package.

Group ticket rates are available for the William & Mary, Georgia State and Iowa State games. Call 304-293-9906 for more information - group discounts are not available online.

Tickets for West Virginia’s six road contests also will be available on Monday. Tickets for the Oklahoma game on Sept. 7 are limited to four tickets per customer. Fans must have an existing account with the Mountaineer Ticket Office to purchase Oklahoma tickets. Oklahoma tickets will only be available by calling the Mountaineer Ticket Office at 1-800-WVU GAME. All other road contests will be available by phone or online.

Tickets can be purchased online at WVUGAME.com, by calling 1-800-WVU GAME or in person at the Mountaineer Ticket Office in the WVU Coliseum.

West Virginia opens its season on Saturday, Aug. 31, at Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium against William & Mary at noon.
