TCU Award Winners Announced

MORGANTOWN, W.Va.  – The West Virginia University football coaching staff has named its award winners for outstanding performance in the Mountaineers’ 30-27 overtime win at TCU on Saturday, Nov. 2.
Offensive Champion – Mark Glowinski and Quinton Spain; Defensive Champion – Kyle Rose; Special Teams Champion – Josh Lambert; Offensive Scout Champion – Cameron Nash; Defensive Scout Champion – Dayron Wilson.
This week’s game is part of Mountaineer Week and is the “Stripe the Stadium” game.
The Mountaineers (4-5, 2-4 Big 12) return to Milan Puskar Stadium to face Texas (6-2, 5-0 Big 12) on Saturday, Nov. 9, at 7 p.m. The Longhorns, who defeated Kansas Saturday to move to 5-0 in Big 12 play, are making their first-ever trip to Morgantown. The game will be televised on FOX.
Fans attending the game are encouraged to take part in the second-ever ‘Stripe the Stadium’ promotion at Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium.
Fans sitting in even-numbered sections (Sec. 102, 104, 202, 204 etc.), Touchdown Terrace, and WVU students seated in the upper level student sections are encouraged to wear GOLD to the game.
Conversely, fans sitting in odd-numbered sections (Sec. 101, 103, 201, 203, etc.) and WVU students seated in the lower level student sections are encouraged to wear BLUE to the game.
