The West Virginia University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is forming a fan experience committee to discuss the needs of Mountaineer fans with the hopes of enhancing the fan experience at its events.
This is a great opportunity for Mountaineer fans to have their voices heard. The Mountaineer Fan Experience Committee is established for fans to provide valuable input to the athletic department on various topics.
The committee will be comprised of 12-15 members including, fans, faculty and students, season ticket holders, corporate partners and University administration. The group will meet on Saturday, May 3 and Saturday, June 21, in Morgantown.
Topics of discussion will include pregame activities, tailgating, in-game activities, season ticket holder benefits, student engagement and concession items.
To apply, fans have to be at least 18 years of age and must attend both meetings. Each member will be expected to bring notes and ideas to be presented at each meeting in an open discussion forum. The application deadline is Monday, April 28 at 5 p.m.
