Oklahoma Tickets on Sale Monday

Tickets for West Virginia’s Sept. 20 matchup with the Oklahoma Sooners will go on sale to the public through the Mountaineer Ticket Office on Monday, Aug. 11, at 9 a.m.
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. –  Tickets for West Virginia’s Sept. 20 matchup with the Oklahoma Sooners will go on sale to the public through the Mountaineer Ticket Office on Monday, Aug. 11, at 9 a.m.
 
Tickets are $80 each and will be available online at WVUGAME.com or by calling 1-800-WVU GAME.
 
The WVU – OU game, presented by the West Virginia Lottery, is the Mountaineers’ Big 12 Conference opener and the ‘Stripe the Stadium’ game.
 
Fans sitting in even-numbered sections (Sec. 102, 104, 202, 204 etc.), Touchdown Terrace, and WVU students seated in the upper level student sections are encouraged to wear GOLD to the game.
 
Conversely, fans sitting in odd-numbered sections (Sec. 101, 103, 201, 203, etc.) and WVU students seated in the lower level student sections are encouraged to wear BLUE to the game.

“The ‘Stripe the Stadium’ promotion has been a great way to show how much pride Mountaineer fans have in our football program,” says Matt Wells, Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs. “This promotion has shown true Mountaineer spirit on national television each of the last two seasons.”
