- Ranked third on the team with 29 3-point field goals made and shot 35.4 percent from long range
- Scored 11 points in 16 minutes against North Carolina and had 17 points in a home win over Oregon State
- Was a starter in his first collegiate game against Northern Colorado

- Earned Chicago Sun Times 2A All-State first-team honors as a senior at Hales Franciscan High
- Garnered Illinois Basketball Coaches Association (IBCA) 1A/2A All-State accolades
- Averaged 15.0 points per game in 2007-08
- Helped the Spartans to a 30-4 record and the Class A State Championship as a freshman, playing for coach Gary London
- Played on the USA U18 national team that won the Silver medal at the 2008 FIBA Americas U18 Championship in Argentina
- Played on the MeanStreets club team
