One of the nation’s top junior shooters and a member of the USA Junior National Team … integral part of the Mountaineers’ 2013 NCAA Championships victory … counted toward the team’s scores right away … experience gained on the international circuit in the summer of 2013 will help him as a sophomore … strength is his consistency with both guns.

• Shot a career-best 589 smallbore in season opener at Army, good enough for third place; also tied for third in air rifle with a 590, giving him a third-place aggregate total of 1179
• Finished second in smallbore at Ohio State with a 582 mark
• Triumphant in his WVU Rifle Range debut, winning smallbore with a career-best 589; also shot a career-high 592 air rifle and finished second, giving him a career-best 1181 aggregate total, good enough for second place

• Finished fourth in 50m men’s 3 positions (2398.1), eighth in men’s 10m air rifle (1270.6) and ninth in 50m men’s prone (1179) at the 2013 National Junior Olympic Shooting Championships
• Shot 614.7 and finished ninth in the men’s 10m air rifle MQS match at the 2013 ISSF Munich World Cup
• Won the junior men’s 50m rifle 3 positions Gold medal (2324) and finished sixth overall at the 2013 USA Shooting National Championships for Rifle and Pistol; title was his second straight
