Mark Hanselman joined the Mountaineer staff in April of 2008. Prior to joining the Mountaineer staff, Mark spent 4 years in the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences as an academic advisor.

His responsibilities include working with first and second year student-athletes, assisting them in choosing classes, counseling them on intended majors and reviewing academic records to maintain eligibility.

He is a 2003 graduate of WVU with a Regents Bachelor of Arts. He also has received his masters in communication studies in 2004 from WVU.
