Lacey Gibson was appointed Director of Compliance in July, 2010, and is responsible for NCAA Rules Education and Monitoring at WVU.

Gibson previously served as assistant director of athletics for compliance/facilities at St. Francis University (Pa.). Prior to Saint Francis, Gibson was the assistant director of compliance at the University of South Carolina from 2007-2009, and compliance coordinator at USC from 2006-2007. She was also the assistant volleyball coach at Slippery Rock University from 2005-2006.

A Greensburg, Pa. native, Gibson earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) in 2005 where she also competed in volleyball. In 2006, she earned her Master’s Degree in Sport Management from Slippery Rock University.
