Kale Igboh joined the Mountaineer athletic staff as a strength and conditioning coach in May 2014. Igboh handles the strength and conditioning responsibilities of the baseball and volleyball teams at WVU.
He comes to West Virginia after serving two seasons as the graduate assistant strength coach for the Texas A&M baseball program. He assisted the head strength coach with implementing baseball specific programs, as well as administering programs for redshirt and injured athletes.
A native of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, Igboh began his career in 2012 as an intern at Minnesota, working with a variety of sports and aiding strength coaches with the implementation of strength programs.
Igboh earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise and health science from Minnesota in 2012. He earned a master's degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in sports physiology at Texas A&M in 2014.
