WVU Athletics is excited to offer another benefit for football season ticket holders. Season ticket holders renewing or purchasing new season tickets can choose an interest-free 6-month or 4-month payment plan and enjoy the convenience of spreading out season tickets and parking payment.
Selecting a 6-month payment plan option breaks up your payment info six (6) equal installments of your total balance. Payment plan customers will be charged on the 15th of the months in January, February, March, April, May, and June. Customers can also select a 4-month payment plan, which breaks up payments into 25% installments beginning on March 15 and finishes on June 15.
Once enrolled, credit card information can be updated by logging into your WVUGAME.com account under the "Manage Payment Schedule" section. Invalid or declined credit cards will result in customers being eliminated from payment plans..
If a customer joins the 6-month payment plan after January 15, the payment plan schedule will be altered to complete payment. For example, if a customer signs up for the payment plan on January 3, then the first charge would not be until January 15, with six equal payments spread out until June 15. If a customer were to sign up for the 6-month payment plan later in the spring such as March 7, they would be responsible to pay 33% of the balance in that transaction (the January and February payments), with the next payment due on March 15 and the final three installments charged as scheduled on April 15, May 15 and June 15.
To take advantage of the payment plan option, season ticket holders must log in to their account at WVUGAME.com to renew online and select one of the payment plans in the dropdown menu when completing their purchase. Please note that shipping & handling and any other fees are due at checkout.
Premium seating customers (Field Box seats, Touchdown Terrace, etc.) are not able to renew their tickets online.
New season ticket holders wanting to sign-up for a payment plan can do so when ordering at WVUGAME.com or by calling the Mountaineer Ticket Office at 1-800-WVU GAME.

WVU Athletics is excited to announce another benefit for basketball season ticket holders. Season ticket holders renewing online at WVUGAME.com can now choose an interest-free 4-month payment plan and enjoy the convenience of spreading out season tickets and parking payment.
Selecting this option breaks up your payment into four (4) installments of 25% of your total balance. Payment plan customers will put the first 25% down at the time of payment, then be charged on the 15th of the month in July, August, and September.
Once enrolled, credit card information can be updated by logging into your WVUGAME.com account under the "Manage Payment Schedule" section. Invalid or declined credit cards will result in customers being eliminated from payment plans.
If a customer joins a payment plan after July 15, the payment plan schedule will be altered to complete payment. For example, if a customer were to sign up for a payment plan on July 17, they would be responsible to pay 50% of the balance in that transaction (the primary and July payments), with the two more payments of 25% of the total due on August 15 and September 15.
To take advantage of this option, season ticket holders must log in to their account at WVUGAME.com to renew online and select the 4-month payment plan in the dropdown menu when completing their purchase. Please note that shipping & handling and any other fees are due at checkout.
New season ticket holders wanting to sign-up for a payment plan can do so when new season tickets go on sale by ordering at WVUGAME.com or by calling the Mountaineer Ticket Office at 1-800-WVU GAME. Season ticket payment plans start at $62.50 per month!
